NAACP “Yes on Prop 16” rally

This event is organized by the NAACP.  The Santa Clara Valley chapter of the ACLU of the Northern California is a co-sponsor.  A rally will be held outside of San Jose City Hall to support "Yes on Prop 16," opportunities for all.   Click here for the event flyer.

To help prevent the spread of COVID-19, participants are reminded of these public health measures.  Do not attend these in-person events if you are not feeling well, experiencing respiratory symptoms, or think that you might have been exposed to COVID-19.  If you attend, masks covering your nose and mouth are required.  Maintain a physical distance of at least 6 feet from people who are not in your household.  Wash your hands or use hand sanitizers frequently.  Do not touch your face.  Consider wearing gloves to avoid touching surfaces.  Remove and wash clothing immediately upon returning home.

Instead of attending the rally and vigil in the plaza, you can participate in a car rally and remain in your vehicle at all times.
