Webinar about police decertification

This event is organized by the ACLU of Northern California.

"The Kenneth Ross Jr. Police Decertification Act" established a statewide process to decertify officers who commit serious misconduct and gave the Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST) the power to independently investigate allegations of misconduct and decertify officers who resign before they are fired.  Join us on Tuesday, May 30, 2023 at 6:30pm for a Zoom webinar to learn more about this new law in California, which allows the public to demand the decertification of police officers.  Please register for the webinar here.
